Chairman of the Board of Appeal

The Secretariat of the Board of Appeal of the CPVO [Communautair Bureau Voor Plantenrassen – IEF] would like to inform you about the appointment, on 17 December 2007 by the Council of Ministers, of Mr Paul van der Kooij as Chairman of the Board of Appeal for a term of 5 years. Mr Timothy Millett has been appointed as alternate to the Chairman.

Paul van der Kooij is onder andere verbonden aan de Universiteit Leiden en co-auteur het handboek `European Community Plant Variety Protection. “A systematic approach to the Community plant variety protection system.
