Kwekersrecht: Via de website van het Communautair Bureau Voor Plantenrassen (CPVO) kan vanaf deze week een databank met kwekersrecht-rechtspraak uit de meeste EU landen worden geraadpleegd. De databank staat nog in haar kinderschoenen, maar is een potentieel zeer nuttige bron van informatie voor iedereen die met het kwekersrecht begaan is.
Blijkens de introductie zou de databank zelf ook nog wel eens voor kwekersrechtelijke bescherming in aanmerking kunnen komen: “The database is a living system which is not yet complete. Data will regularly be added. It is also an interactive system which allows users to ask questions or communicate additional information and cases to the CPVO.
