Respect

Om alvast in de stemming te komen voor Wereld IE Dag: “The first group of 23 scout leaders have qualified as Scout "Respect for Intellectual Property Rights" Instructors. The Intellectual Property Department said since the launch of the Scout Programme on Respect for Intellectual Property Rights last April, over 60 scout members have participated in intellectual property seminars, workshops and visits.

The department and the Scout Association today organised a fun fair at Kowloon Park to mark World Intellectual Property Day on April 26. Launching the fair, Director of Intellectual Property Stephen Selby said ideas are unique, and creative work takes tremendous time and effort. Mr Selby said. He encouraged the instructors to fulfill the mission of promoting respect for intellectual property rights to other scout members. The theme of this year's World Intellectual Property Day is "it starts with an idea".
