Beslissing Wubbo de Boer, president van het OHIM, over het opschuiven van deadlines i.v.m. de uitbarsting van de Eyjafjallajökull-vulkaan.

“(…) whereas the eruption of the Icelandic volcano and the resulting massive air travel disruptions across Europe have affected communications around the world, whereas this natura1 disaster constitutes an exceptional occurrence that has dislocated proper communication from parties to the Office, whereas the dislocation extends to all time limits,  [the president] has adopted the following decision: (…) all time limits expiring between 15 April 2010 and 23 April 2010 included are extended (…) to the 30 April 2010.
