“The Board of EPLAW together with its honorary members have discussed the most recent proposal for an EU Patent Jurisdiction (7001/08 Pl 10) and would like to make on behalf of EPLAW the following observations. We make such observations in order to make sure that if such new jurisdiction is adopted it provides for a workable system in practice which is in conformity with the wishes of the users of the system.”
