Nieuwe service van het OHIM, nog niet beschikbaar in het Nederlands: “EuroClass is a classification tool that will help you in the classification of Goods and Services, and allow you to compare the classification databases of each participating office. It will provide a list of descriptions of Goods and Services that have been accepted by each office, and where no entry is found, will provide a list of similar terms in the classes searched.
EuroClass has a: Classification Term Finder to look for the class of your goods and services in a selected office; Classification Database Checker that will find out if the description of your goods and services (classification) is in the list of a particular office, and if not, the “Checker” will suggest alternatives that are listed; Classification Database Matcher that will allow you to see whether a description contained in the list of one office has been accepted by another office. Search criteria can be saved in a personal account. Results can be imported into trade mark e-filing applications
Further languages will be made available as other EU national offices join the project."
