Declaration by the Kingdom of the Netherlands

"The Director General of the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) presents his compliments to the Minister for Foreign Affairs and has the honor to refer to the deposit by the Government of the Kingdom of the Netherlands, on December 23, 1976, of its instrument of ratification of the Vienna Agreement Establishing an International Classification of the Figurative Elements of Marks, done at Vienna on June 12, 1973, as amended on October 1, 1985.

The Director General of WIPO has the honor to notify that the Kingdom of the Netherlands has deposited a declaration, on October 31, 2006, according to which the said Agreement is applicable to Aruba.

In accordance with Article 12(3) of the Vienna Agreement, the said Agreement will be applicable, with respect to Aruba, on January 31, 2007."
