1. PCT Notification 180: Amendments to the Regulations
"The Director General of the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) presents his compliments to the Minister for Foreign Affairs and, pursuant to Article 68(4) of the Patent Cooperation Treaty (PCT), done at Washington on June 19, 1970, amended on September 28, 1979, modified on February 3, 1984, and on October 3, 2001, has the honor to transmit herewith certified copies, in English and in French , of the amendments to the Regulations under the said Treaty, adopted by the Assembly of the International Patent Cooperation Union (PCT Union), on October 3, 2006, at its thirty-fifth (20th extraordinary) session, held in Geneva from September 25 to October 3, 2006, with effect from April 1, 2007." 2. PCT Notification 181: Amended Schedule of Fees Annexed to the Regulations.
"The Director General of the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) presents his compliments to the Minister for Foreign Affairs and, pursuant to Article 68(4) of the Patent Cooperation Treaty, done at Washington on June 19, 1970, amended on September 28, 1979, and modified on February 3, 1984, and on October 3, 2001, has the honor to transmit herewith a certified copy in English and a certified copy in French of the amended Schedule of Fees Annexed to the Regulations under the said Treaty. The said amended Schedule of Fees was adopted by the Assembly of the International Patent Cooperation Union (PCT Union), on October 3, 2006, at its thirty-fifth (20th extraordinary) session, held in Geneva from September 25 to October 3, 2006, with effect from October 12, 2006."
