Resoluut

Bij de afsluiting van het 40e Congres van de AIPPI dat (8-12 oktober in Gothenburg) heeft het Executive Committee resoluties aangenomen over de volgende onderwerpen:

- Q 165: Optional Protocol to the EPC with regard to Litigation concerning European and Community Patents.

- Q 166: Intellectual Property and Genetic Resources, Traditional Knowledge and folklore.

-Q 180: Content and relevance of industrial applicability and/or utility as requirements for patentability .

- Q 189: Amendment of patent claims after grant (in court and administrative proceedings, including re examination proceedings requested by third parties).

- Q 190: Contracts regarding Intellectual Property Rights (assignments and licenses) and third parties.

- Q 191: Relationship between trademarks and geographical indications Q 192 Acquiescence (tolerance) to infringement of Intellectual Property Rights.

Deelnemers uit de Nederlanse delegatie hebben actief aan de totstandkoming van het meerendeel van deze resoluties meegewerkt.
