The Dutch Group of UNION organises a Roundtable on the Protection of the Shape of Products. This Roundtable takes place at the Kurhaus Hotel, in the afternoon of October 25, 2007. UNION is an association of practitioners in the field of Intellectual Property, that is, of individuals whose principal professional occupation is concerned with Patents, Trade Marks or Designs.

Willem Hoorneman (CMS Derks Star Busman) will explore the issue from an aesthetic perspective and Bas Pinckaers (Van Doorne N.V.) from a technical perspective. David Musker (R.G.C. Jenkins & Co.) will give the UK perspective. The Roundtable will be followed by a reception providing a meet and greet opportunity with UNION members from all over Europe.
